Signing in

PDM is a web application — there is nothing to install. Just open https://pdm.iappx.com in a browser. If your team runs separate instances — a test one and a production one, say — ask your operations team or your administrator for their addresses.

If you are not signed in yet, PDM shows the sign-in screen by itself, whatever page you started from.

Where the account comes from

There is no separate PDM account. Your login and password are your corporate ones — the same credentials you use to reach the infrastructure. PDM verifies them against an external corporate directory.

That has three practical consequences:

• There is nothing to sign up for. Your PDM account is created automatically on your first successful sign-in.
• Passwords are not changed in PDM. The interface offers neither a password change nor a password reset — do it wherever you normally change your corporate password.
• A new account does not mean access to everything. Permissions for specific stands and actions are granted by an administrator; right after the first sign-in you may have none at all.

If you cannot sign in

There is a single error message for every case — “Invalid login or password”. It does not tell you which of the two was wrong.

Check, in this order:

1. Keyboard layout and Caps Lock — the password is masked, so a typo is invisible.
2. The login — it is your corporate login, not your email address and not your full name.
3. Whether your corporate account works in other systems. If the password has expired or the account is locked, PDM cannot let you in.
4. Whether you opened the right PDM address — your team may run separate test and production instances.

If everything is correct and sign-in still fails, contact your PDM administrator.

Signed in, but everything is empty

Signing in successfully and having permissions are two different things. If the lists are empty after sign-in and some menu items open nothing, the problem is not the sign-in: you simply have not been granted permissions yet. See Permissions.

Where you end up after signing in

• If you opened PDM from scratch, you land on the home page.
• If you were bounced to the sign-in screen from some page (for example, you followed someone else's link to a stand), you return to that exact page after signing in.

Which sections, buttons and stands you see depends on the permissions you have been granted, so the interface looks different for different people. That is expected.

Sessions: what they are and how long they last

A session is a record that a particular device, browser or application has been given access to your account. It is created when you sign in and lives until it is ended: until then you do not have to enter your login and password every time you open PDM. Access granted to an AI agent is a session too.
